Update. Have been in discussion with Sheriff Caruana this afternoon about the impending river rise predicted for the rain tonight and tomorrow. He is having com-ed make an adjustment later today. Lets keep our fingers crossed that the majority of this rain event misses Wisconsin. The prediction line is based on it hitting. If we get a break the prediction line will get corrected lower.
