    • Is everyone in my neighborhood eligible to join?

      Everyone can join the home owners association.   However officers, committee chairs, and board members are restricted to river residents only.
    • I'm not sure if I'm in your territory?

      We currently have 5 zones in Rockford and surrounding areas listed as follows:

      Zone 1: West side from State St to Harlem Bridge

      Zone 2: West side from Harlem to Roscoe Bridge

      Zone 3: East side from State to Harlem Bridge

      Zone 4: East side from Harlem to Roscoe Bridge

      Zone 5: North of Roscoe Bridge
    • What does Homeowners Association do?

      The Mission of the Rock River Homeowner Association shall be to preserve and protect the Rock River environment, enjoyment of the river and to promote public awareness of river safety. We have accomplished many items including water level gauges at the Rockford Dam. 

    • Do you only deal with issues within your territory?

      We review and help out tasks that are related to the safety and enjoyment of the Rock River.
    • What is your membership term?

      Current membership starts April 1st of every year and lasts through March 31 of the following year.  Cost of Membership is $25 which is available via payment in the mail as well as PayPal
    • Can I participate in your activities?

      All are welcome to help!
