Weekend River update:
Current River temperature 74°.
Current water level that Latham 8.09 and continuing to drop.
The river is currently still at no wake till we reach 7.99 at Latham which could possibly be later today.
We do have rain in the forecast which none of us are happy to see.
The current is still extremely strong at this River height.
The ice house, Martin Park and Harlem boat ramps are accessible.
Sportscore still has excessive water on the ramps if you’re going to be using that ramp.
The amount of debris has decreased dramatically.
However when the river does open back up for boating and waves are created there will be a large amount of debris loosened up from docks and shorelines that will be present in the river so please be observant when this occurs.
Saw this pontoon out fishing while there was still smoke coming off the water this morning.
As soon as the river does open back up announcements will be made to inform the public but as of now please continue to practice no wake.
