The river is low and we still see some debris from the flooding in the water, please be safe.
As of Friday, July 7th, the sheriff has announced the river is open. Please see the sheriff's Facebook page or call the hotline for more updates.
Warning, did to the rain last night the water levels are high. Please check your boats and items at the water. They may float away!
Some questions are being asked about river access this Memorial Day holiday weekend. The river is open this weekend. No wake has been issued for north of Riverside bridge for safety reasons. South of Riverside bridge is open. The Sheriff is on the water this weekend. Please have a safe and fun weekend! The new River Hotline is 815-319-6444
